A: Please purchase a ticket and you will receive payment confirmation by email and your personal PIN code that you will need to enter to view the course.

A: LNI video courses will remain posted indefinitely and you will be able to access them with your PIN at your convenience multiple times.
Q: Can I give my course login information to another person?
A: No, your registration entitles you to one Web connection only. Others can attend with you on the same computer. If others want to attend from a separate location, they must purchase a course registration for themselves.
Q: I never received the link to the course. How do I login?
A: Everyone who purchased a course ticket receives a confirmation email with a personal PIN. If you did not receive the link to view the course, please contact us at email@example.com or call the LNI office at 212-541-6412 / 800-906-5866.
Q: Are there special computer requirements view a video course?
A: If you have ever watched a YouTube video on your system, you will be able to view a course. There are no special software requirements. Our courses are streamed using the YouTube platform.
