Q: How do I register for a webinar?

A: Please purchase a ticket and you will receive payment confirmation by email. Several days before the scheduled time you will receive the second email with a link to the webinar webpage and your personal PIN code that you will need to enter to attend the webinar.

Q: How do I join a webinar?

A: Joining a webinar is easy. You will receive a webinar email invitation several days before the scheduled time with a webinar link and a PIN code. You can then join the webinar at the scheduled time by clicking on the link and entering the PIN code.

Q: Can I watch a webinar at a later time?

A: LNI webinars are recorded and can be viewed next day after the live presentation. With your registration for the live webinar, you will also receive access to the webinar recording.

Q: Can I give my webinar login information to another person?

A: No, your registration entitles you to one Web connection only. Others can attend with you on the same computer. If others want to attend from a separate location, they must purchase a webinar registration for themselves.

Q: I never received the link to join the webinar. How do I login to watch the webinar?

A: Everyone who purchased a webinar ticket receives a confirmation email with a link to join the webinar several days before the scheduled time. Depending on when a registration is received, registrants also receive two reminder emails about the webinar with the link to join the webinar. If you did not receive the link to join the webinar, please contact us at info@lninstitute.org or call the LNI office at 212-541-6412 / 800-906-5866.

Q: Are there special computer requirements for attending a webinar?

A: If you have ever watched a YouTube video on your system, you will be able to attend a webinar. There are no special software required. Our webinars are streamed using the Youtube platform.

Q: Can I attend a webinar on my smartphone or tablet?

A: If you ever have watched a YouTube video on your smartphone or tablet, you will be able to attend a webinar. Our webinars are streamed using the Youtube platform.

Q: Do I need to download any software to attend a webinar?

A: No, if you can watch YouTube videos, you will be able to attend a webinar.

Q: Will I be able to ask questions during the webinar?

A: Yes, here will be a form below the video on the webpage to send a question to the presenter. You also can call our phone 212-541-6412 and ask a question over the phone.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Please send us a request by email to info@lninstitute.org with your order number and we will refund your order.

Q: What CE is approved for these webinars?

A: 3 CE Credits are being offered for each webinar.
This event is co-sponsored by R. Cassidy Seminars. The participant will be able to print out the certificate immediately after filling out a short quiz. There is a separate $15 processing fee charged by CE credit sponsor R. Cassidy Seminars.

Satisfactory Completion
Participants must have paid tuition fee, signed in, attended the entire seminar, completed an evaluation, and signed out in order to receive a certificate. Failure to sign in or out will result in forfeiture of credit for the entire course. No exceptions will be made. Partial credit is not available.

Psychologists
R. Cassidy Seminars is approved by the American Psychological Association (APA) to offer continuing education for psychologists. R. Cassidy Seminars maintains responsibility for this program.

Social Workers
This organization, R. Cassidy Seminars, ACE provider #1082, is approved as a provider for social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) (www.aswb.org), through the Approved Continuing Education (ACE) Program. Speech and Language Pathologists
This activity may be used to meet the ASHA certification maintenance requirement if you determine that (1) the content is relevant to your area of practice and your practice setting and (2) you are in your 3-year maintenance interval. You do not need prior approval from ASHA to use this activity. The activity is offered for 3 Certification Maintenance Hours (CMH), and you will be provided with the appropriate documentation of attendance.
